Charly and Mark were a blast during their engagement session (see here). They were comfortable and goofing around in front of the camera then, and it was no different at their wedding. Charly began her wedding day by getting ready at her parents' house. It's located on a beautiful huge piece of land where her horse grazes. OMG, being able to take a picture of a bride with her horse. AMAZING!
We then headed to St. Florian Catholic Church, an old cathedral in Hamtramck. Talk about gorgeous. What a place for a wedding! It's a wedding photographer's dream! It reminds me a lot of some of the big, European churches.
Charly and Mark had rented a vintage classic car and after their wedding we drove to the Lincoln Street Art Park, an urban area where there's tons of graffiti. It is really a unique part of the city. It's urban without tons of people. Check out the pictures. They are one of a kind.
Then it was on to the venerable Masonic Temple. It's a classic old ballroom where everyone partied well into the night. Charly and Mark, there was so much which was different about your day. Taking your picture in front of your horse, the 1956 Bentley you rented from Detroit Classic Cars, and taking pictures at the Lincoln Street Art Park are just a few of the things I will never forget.
